Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Bless Your Walls. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds and faulty or incorrect items are handled. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Changed your mind?

For eligible non-personalised goods bought online, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel. After telling us, the goods should be returned within a further 14 days. We will refund eligible returned goods within 14 days of receiving them back, or earlier where required by law.

Return condition

Please take reasonable care of items while deciding whether to keep them. We may take account of any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Personalised and custom-made items

Personalised or custom-made items may not carry the normal change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, the direct cost of returning the goods may be your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover it. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will deal with the return in accordance with your statutory rights.
